Shipping and Delivery

Delivery charges range from £5.99 to £20 depending on product ordered and location. All our drinks are perishable food and will cost £6.99 for delivery and will be sent via APC Overnight Courier within mainland UK.

Delivery to some regions in Scotland and Nothern Ireland may result in additional charges, we will get in touch if this applies to you. Extra charges may be up to £10.00.
Whilst delivery can occur anytime 8 AM – 8 PM, APC will send a confirmation email which may contain a 2-hour delivery window. However, if you require delivery before noon, please select the guaranteed 12-noon delivery option on checkout which will cost £15.00 within mainland UK. Note that this service is not available to all regions, where this applies, we will contact you to discuss further. You can leave special delivery instructions by contacting us immediately your order is placed. We will do our best to meet your needs.

Orders can be placed at anytime. However, weekly dispatch and deliveries start on Tuesdays and end on Fridays. Please, contact us for Saturday delivery, although this can be arranged it would incur and additional £3 charge.

We do not take responsibility for missed deliveries. If you are not going to be home, please leave instructions of a safe place for your order. If no instructions are left, the courier will find a safe place, leave with a neighbour, or return your order to their nearest depot for collection. A card will be left to inform you where your order has been kept. Please note that, if any of this occurs, we will deem your order as fulfilled.

The vast majority of our orders arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, however, some orders may take up to 48hours from dispatch due to logistics with the courier company. As all our orders are securely packed in insulated bags with ice packs, we still guarantee freshness upon receipt except for some products such as Almond Drink and Kunun Aya. For guaranteed quicker delivery please select the guaranteed 12noon Delivery at checkout.

Note that in any case, we do not accept refunds. For Almond Drink and Kunun Aya, drinks will be resent.
